Our
customer service staff are available to answer any questions you may
have regarding the events offered within this catalogue. 99% of our
staff have taken part in all the activities offered, and combined
with our own in house instructors we are able to offer you advise
which is second to none.
The Events
The
descriptions, photographs and time indications within this catalogue
are intended to present a general idea of your chosen experience and
is thus therefore not binding. ParaQuest reserve the right to alter
any part of the experience offered where such an event has been
altered by the operator if applicable or by ParaQuest. All
experiences are subject to availability and weather conditions
on the day of your event.. In the event of inclement weather or a
course cancellation an alternative date will be offered. If an event
is withdrawn by ParaQuest or an operator, the customer or recipient
will be offered an alternative location to undertake the experience.
However if this is not suitable a refund will be provided upon
receipt of the gift voucher but subject to 50% of the vouchers value.
All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months.
Vouchers
ParaQuest
will not be liable in the event of the voucher(s) being lost,
damaged or stolen. The voucher is invalid if altered or tampered
with. Original vouchers must be returned to ParaQuest.
Exchanges
Any
voucher can be exchanged once only before the expiry date, for a
different experience but only on payment of any higher amount. For
lower cost items the balance will be held against your account by
ParaQuest. Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash / cheques etc.
Restrictions
If you
are in doubt as to the suitability of a participant you should call
our customer service staff on

The recipient may be asked to provide proof of their age etc. and if
in the event they are unable to do so we regret to advise that
ParaQuest are under no obligation to provide an alternative event or
a refund.
Pricing
The
price stated in the brochure and website is correct at the time of
printing and publishing, ParaQuest reserve the right to change prices
without notice subject to ParaQuest informing the customer of the new
price at the time of ordering where the new price must be paid in full.
Exclusion
of Liability
ParaQuest
does not act as an agent or employee for the operator. Whilst we
make every effort to monitor the service provided by the operator we
do not provide a warranty or guarantee as to the performance and
safety standards of the operator. Therefore any liability incurred by
the customer or the recipient is the responsibility of the operator
and not ParaQuest.
ParaQuest
and shall not be liable for the death or personal injury of the
customer, recipient, or third party unless it is due to negligence
of ParaQuest. Neither of the Quest companies has no liability
for damage to property, consequential losses or expenses suffered,
which includes but is not limited to loss of anticipated earnings,
profits, goodwill, reputation, business recipients or contracts,
losses or expense resulting from third party claims. Quest Direct
accepts no liability what so ever arising from activities conducted
by the operators.
All
centres are registered with their relevant controlling bodies.
ParaQuest has not undertaken a detailed examination off all the
operators equipment, facilities or systems.
Please
note once a booking has been made with an operator the voucher holder
is bound by the terms and conditions of that centre.
In the
event that you use your voucher and book a course, and for what ever
reason you fail to show up on the due day of the event we regret to
advise that the voucher and event will be classed as a used voucher
and that no other course date or refund of any kind will be offered.
Insurance
Liability
All
events offered within this brochure are covered for third party
liability insurance by the operator. If you require personal accident
insurance please call our customer service team on

prior to your event where we will be pleased to offer you an
appropriate policy subject to receipt of the due premium at that
time. Alternatively may we suggest that you speak to your local
insurance adviser.

Complaints
In the
event of any complaint concerning the course offered you should write
to us at ParaQuest and we in turn will forward the complaint to the

Problems
On The Day
If you
have a problem during your visit please bring it to the attention of
the management of the centre on the day, so that they have the
opportunity to put it right. If resolution on the day has been
attempted but has not been achieved, please inform us in writing with
full details of date, time and circumstances of concern and in turn
we will take this matter up with the operator.
